| Characteristics: | Moist, white flesh, delicate texture and low fat content. Flakes easily. |
| Description: | Greyish red-brown above, becoming white with a pink flush below. Average length 40 – 70 cm, and the average weight is 1.5 – 2.5 kg. |
| Main Season: | All year round, but main catch February to June. |
