Characteristics: White flesh with firm texture, suitable for most cooking types.
Description: Bright scarlet above, sides red with silver tinge. Large scales, large eye, tail deeply forked. Average length is 30 - 50 cm, the average weight is 1 - 1.5 kg.
Main Season: All year round.
