Characteristics: Medium-textured flesh whitens upon cooking.
Description: Average length is 20 – 30 cm, average weight is 0.8 – 1.8 kg. Body colour deep ruby red with brown or orange tinge, large eyes and mouth.
Main Season: All year round.
